Active Membership
An active monthly plan helps maintain your professional profile on Pro92. If your membership expires and is not renewed, your profile visibility and related benefits may be affected until your plan becomes active again.
We recommend renewing on time to avoid any interruption in profile exposure.
Refund Eligibility
Once a monthly package has been purchased, a refund may only be requested if the Application has not been used at all during the full 30-day membership cycle.
Eligible
You did not log in to or use the app at any time during the entire 30-day plan period.
Not Eligible
If the app was used during the membership cycle, the refund request will not qualify under this policy.
Review of Refund Requests
Before approving any refund request, Pro92 will review account login and usage activity for the relevant membership cycle.
If our review shows that the app was accessed or used during that period, the refund request will be declined. This process helps us apply the policy fairly and consistently for all members.
