Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the Pro92 application.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Welcome to Pro92
These General Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Pro92 mobile application, website, products, content, features and technology platform (collectively, the "Platform").
This Agreement is between PRO92 (PRIVATE) LIMITED, operating the Platform under the name "Pro92" ("Pro92", "we", "us" or "our"), and each person who accesses or uses the Platform ("you", "your" or "User"). You enter into a binding contract with us when you accept this Agreement during registration or otherwise access or use the Platform. This Agreement includes the policies referred to in it, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to it, do not access or use the Platform. This Agreement is an electronic record and does not require a physical or digital signature. It replaces any previous terms governing the same subject matter between you and Pro92.
Pro92 is a technology marketplace. It helps customers find and contact independent professionals; it does not itself provide the professional services listed on the Platform.
1. Independent Professionals and Customer Choice
Our business model
The Platform connects independent third-party providers of professional services ("Professionals") with people seeking those services ("Customers"). Professionals and Customers are collectively called "Users". Customers may browse profiles, location information, categories, credentials, ratings, reviews and contact details, and may contact a Professional using the methods made available on the Platform.
PROFESSIONALS ARE NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR STAFF OF PRO92, AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALS ARE NOT SERVICES PROVIDED BY PRO92.
A Customer is free to choose whether and which Professional to contact or engage. If a Customer and Professional agree on work, they enter into a separate agreement solely with each other. They are responsible for agreeing the scope, timing, location, price, payment method, materials, warranties and all other service terms. Pro92 is not a party to that agreement and does not direct or control how a Professional performs services.
Unless the Platform expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, Pro92 does not collect or settle payment for services between Customers and Professionals and does not set the price of those services. Each User is responsible for checking that the other party and the proposed service are suitable before proceeding.
We take reasonable steps intended to support trust, including requesting identity or credential information from Professionals. A "verified" label means only that specified information or documents were checked using the process available at that time. It is not a guarantee of identity, qualifications, licensing, conduct, service quality, availability or fitness for a particular job.
2. Fees, Memberships and Payments
Pro92 may offer Customers access to the Platform without a platform fee. Professionals may be required to purchase a monthly membership or other paid plan to activate or maintain profile visibility or access specified features. Current prices, billing periods and included benefits will be displayed before purchase. Transactions processed by Pro92 will be stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless expressly shown otherwise.
Paid plans apply for the period shown at purchase. If recurring billing is offered, the renewal terms and available cancellation method will be disclosed before you subscribe. We may change fees or plan benefits prospectively, but will communicate material changes before they apply to a new billing period where required by law.
Payments may be processed by banks, app stores, card networks, mobile wallets or other third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply. You must provide accurate billing information and are responsible for taxes, charges and fees associated with your account or professional activity, except taxes imposed on Pro92's own income.
Refunds
Eligibility for a refund of a Pro92 membership or Platform charge is governed by our Refund Policy, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Payments made directly between a Customer and a Professional are not Pro92 payments and must be resolved between those Users.
Chargebacks and reversed payments
A chargeback or reversal occurs when a payment associated with the Platform is disputed, reversed or refunded by a bank, card issuer or payment processor. Where an amount credited or applied to your account is later reversed, you authorise us to correct the corresponding account record, suspend the related paid benefit and recover any amount properly due. You must not initiate a chargeback dishonestly or report an authorised transaction as unauthorised.
3. Your Pro92 Account
Registration and eligibility
To use certain Platform features, you must create an account. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of Pakistan, and will use a compatible device and supported software.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and promptly update it when it changes. We may ask for identity, CNIC, qualification, licence, address, contact, payment or other information reasonably required to operate the Platform, prevent fraud, improve safety or comply with law. Professional accounts may require additional documents and verification.
You are responsible for keeping your device, password, one-time codes and account details secure and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, lend or assign your account or allow another person to impersonate you. Tell us promptly at support@pro92.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Ratings and reviews may be recorded and displayed on the Platform. They must reflect a genuine experience and comply with this Agreement. We may analyse, moderate or remove ratings and reviews and may take account action where feedback or other evidence indicates fraud, safety concerns or repeated misconduct.
Account deletion
You may request deletion through the Platform where available, through our account deletion page, or by contacting support. We may retain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect Users, resolve disputes or enforce agreements, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Safety and Offline Interactions
We want the Platform to support safe and respectful connections, but an online marketplace cannot eliminate the risks of meeting people or receiving services offline. Pro92 does not supervise appointments or control the location, tools, materials, conduct or quality of work performed by Professionals.
Users should independently verify identity, licences, qualifications, insurance, price and scope where relevant; use appropriate safety precautions; protect valuables and personal information; and stop an interaction if it feels unsafe. In an emergency or suspected immediate threat, contact the relevant local emergency authority first, then report the matter to Pro92.
Users interact with each other and arrange or provide services at their own discretion and risk. A report to Pro92 may lead to investigation or account action, but Pro92 is not an emergency service, law-enforcement agency, insurer or professional regulator.
5. User Obligations
When using the Platform, you must:
- comply with this Agreement, applicable laws, court orders, professional rules and regulatory requirements;
- provide truthful account, profile, credential, service and payment information;
- treat other Users and Pro92 personnel lawfully and respectfully;
- use information obtained through the Platform only for the legitimate purpose for which it was provided;
- honour lawful commitments you make to another User and communicate material changes promptly; and
- cooperate reasonably with safety, verification, fraud-prevention and complaint investigations.
Professionals are solely responsible for ensuring that they are appropriately skilled, qualified, licensed, registered, insured and legally permitted to advertise and perform their services. They must use safe and lawful methods, provide services personally or disclose any subcontracting, state prices and material terms honestly, avoid misleading claims, and calculate, collect, report and pay all applicable taxes and statutory contributions arising from their work.
Customers are responsible for giving accurate job information, providing a reasonably safe work environment where services are performed at their premises, paying the amount lawfully agreed with the Professional, and not requesting illegal, unsafe or misleading work. Complaints concerning the actual service, price or payment should first be addressed between the Customer and Professional; Pro92 may facilitate communication but is not required to decide the dispute.
6. User Communications
Contact details and communication features are provided only to help Users discuss legitimate services. Communications must not be threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, deceptive or otherwise unlawful. Do not send spam, share unnecessary personal data, continue unwanted contact, or use another User's details for unrelated marketing.
Depending on available features, Users may communicate through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media or in-Platform tools. Third-party carrier or application charges and terms may apply. To the extent permitted by law and described in our Privacy Policy, we may retain or review communications made through the Platform to investigate complaints, protect Users and enforce this Agreement.
7. Communications from Pro92
We may send operational notices about your account, verification, security, memberships, payments, service changes and support requests through email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, in-app messages or push notifications. We may also request feedback or send marketing where permitted. Where consent is required, we will provide an appropriate choice, and you may opt out of marketing without losing essential service communications.
8. Prohibited Conduct and Zero Tolerance
You must not:
- use the Platform for an illegal, fraudulent, dangerous or unauthorised purpose;
- impersonate another person, disguise your identity, create deceptive profiles or submit fabricated credentials, jobs, ratings or reviews;
- stalk, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or harass any person;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, defamatory or invasive of privacy;
- scrape, harvest, extract or commercially exploit Platform data without written permission;
- introduce malware, overload the Platform, bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without authorisation or interfere with Platform security or operation;
- use bots, scripts, modified applications or other unauthorised tools to manipulate visibility, ratings, location, accounts, fees or Platform features;
- collude with another person to avoid rules or charges, or abuse promotions, refunds, payments or chargebacks; or
- use the Platform in a manner that could expose Pro92 or another User to avoidable legal or regulatory liability.
Zero tolerance
Pro92 does not tolerate discrimination or unlawful conduct. Users must not refuse, restrict or provide inferior treatment on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sex, gender, pregnancy, marital status, age, disability or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
Suspected fraud or prohibited conduct may result in removal of content, reversal of improperly obtained benefits, restriction of features, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, recovery of amounts owed and referral to payment providers or competent authorities, as appropriate.
9. Pro92's Rights
We may investigate a suspected breach of this Agreement and, acting reasonably in light of the circumstances, restrict features or suspend access while an investigation is pending. We may remove content, limit visibility, reject verification, suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably determine that:
- you materially or repeatedly breached this Agreement or another applicable policy;
- information or documents you provided are false, expired, incomplete or misleading;
- your activity presents a fraud, safety, security, legal or reputational risk;
- we are required to act by law, court order, regulator or payment provider; or
- action is reasonably necessary to address a serious technical or operational issue.
We may prevent a previously terminated User from creating or using another account. If you believe account action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing support@pro92.com.
10. Your Content
You remain responsible for profile information, descriptions, messages, ratings, reviews, photographs, videos, files and other material you submit or make available through the Platform ("User Content"). You represent that you own or have permission to use it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Pro92 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, publish, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, improve and provide the Platform. This licence continues for as long as the content is available through the Platform and for a reasonable backup or legal retention period.
We are not required to pre-screen all User Content. We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates this Agreement, infringes rights, is misleading, creates risk or is otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its software, design, layout, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, code and other materials—excluding User Content and identified third-party material—are owned by or licensed to Pro92 and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to this Agreement, Pro92 grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install, access and use the Platform on a compatible device for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, lease, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, mirror, frame or otherwise exploit the Platform, remove proprietary notices, or attempt to discover source code, except to the limited extent that applicable law does not permit such a restriction or Pro92 gives prior written permission.
12. Personal Data
Our collection, use, storage and sharing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Some information is necessary to create accounts, verify Professionals, display profiles, facilitate contact, process payments, prevent fraud and provide support. If required information is not provided, some Platform features may be unavailable.
You may receive another User's personal data while using the Platform. You must use it only for the service-related purpose for which it was disclosed, keep it reasonably secure, and not sell it, publish it, add it to unrelated marketing lists or use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
13. Device, Internet and Third-Party Services
You are responsible for compatible hardware, current software, device security and the internet or mobile-data access needed to use the Platform. Carrier, roaming and messaging charges may apply. Platform performance may be affected by internet, device, operating-system and electronic-communication limitations.
Do not root or jailbreak a device used for Pro92 if doing so weakens security. You are responsible for installing available Platform updates; older versions may stop working as technical or security requirements change.
The Platform may link to or integrate maps, app stores, payment processors, communication tools, analytics, advertisements, websites and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. Pro92 does not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, products or services merely because a link or integration appears on the Platform.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro92 and its officers, directors, employees and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your services or dealings with another User, your User Content, or your material breach of this Agreement or another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Pro92's own unlawful conduct.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro92 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, current, error-free or compatible with every device, or that any User will be available, suitable, trustworthy or perform a service to a particular standard.
Pro92 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Customers or Professionals; the quality, legality, safety, timing, price, outcome or payment of independently arranged services; or losses arising from reliance on a User's profile, credentials, location, rating, review or communication. Users are responsible for their own decisions, agreements and interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro92 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from the Platform or a transaction or relationship between Users, even if the possibility of that loss was known.
Where Pro92 is found liable in connection with a paid Platform service, Pro92's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Pro92 for that service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or PKR 5,000. Where you paid nothing to Pro92, total aggregate liability will not exceed PKR 5,000.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits exclusion.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement, your use of the Platform and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected with them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law.
17. Resolving Disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Pro92 will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Notices to Pro92 should be sent to support@pro92.com. The parties will allow at least 30 days for an amicable resolution, unless urgent interim relief is reasonably required.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement that is not resolved amicably will be finally settled under the Arbitration Act, 1940 by one arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Islamabad, Pakistan, and proceedings will be conducted in English. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, appointment may be sought from a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
Either party may seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents a User from approaching a consumer forum, regulator or court where a right to do so cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may update this Agreement or modify the Platform from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its update date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. By continuing to use the Platform after updated terms take effect, you agree to them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features and may cease providing all or part of the Platform. We may terminate this Agreement or your access as described in Section 9. On termination, your licence to use the Platform ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive—including those concerning payments, User Content, intellectual property, liability, indemnity, disputes and general terms—will remain effective.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination. Account information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. General Terms and Contact
No partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency relationship is created between Pro92 and any User. Pro92's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or replaced to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign it as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, sale of business or transfer to an affiliate or successor, provided your legal rights are not reduced. Section headings are for convenience only.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, civil disorder, government action, labour disruption, widespread telecommunications failure or major infrastructure outage, except for obligations that cannot lawfully be excused.
